Exchange and return conditions

The consumer customer has the right to return the products or part of the order within 14 days of receiving the product. The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging.

Canceling an order

Consumer customers have the right to cancel an online order before the product has been dispatched, or no later than 14 days after receiving the product, using the electronic withdrawal function under Directive (EU) 2023/2673.

You can submit a withdrawal notice by using the Withdraw contract -button on this page. The form asks for your name, email address and order number so that we can match the notice with the correct order. You will receive a confirmation of your withdrawal notice by email.

If the order has already been delivered, the products must be returned to us no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice. Returned products must be unused, saleable and in their original packaging.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the product seal or packaging has been opened.

We will refund the payment to the original payment method once we have received the returned products or you have provided proof that the products have been sent back to us.
